7. Split Titles Between Raw and Smackdown

To be crystal clear, this is not intended as a brand split. WWE has so many divisions, or feuds to focus on that the best possible way to organize all it’s television is to have the focus on specific titles on both Raw and Smackdown.

Ultimately what this means is, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship would be the core championship of Raw with the current United States Champion, John Cena being the 2nd champion on Raw. This means specifically that Seth Rollins as the WWE Champion is opening segment and last segment. The focus of Raw would be all storylines resolved around those two championships and any midcard feuds not for championships.
