On an ABC news segment called “The Mix,” the anchors showed some conflict over the WWE’s recently announced partnership, going so far as to call it blasphemous.

“I don’t like it,” said the male anchor, whose name didn’t even get a title card on the show. “I’m old school SportsCenter. It’s not real.”

Forbes Magazine, a leading business publication, disagrees with the two no-name anchors and calls it a game changer.

“The partnership couldn’t have come at a better time for both industry-leading franchises,” the article read and even started off by saying. “Professional wrestling is real.”

Editor’s Note: The ABC segment simply demonstrated ignorance on the part of these so-called traditionalists who believe only non-choreographed sporting events should receive coverage on ESPN. What about figure skating? What about cheerleading? Should ESPN stop covering those types of events.
