6/21 Smackdown *Spoilers*

This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown was taped Tuesday night from the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. The show will air in the United States on Friday.

– Daniel Bryan opens SmackDown and talks about how his match on RAW should have never been stopped. He says they stopped the match because they think he is the weak link. Bryan wants to prove that he’s not by defeating Randy Orton tonight, not Dean Ambrose. Orton comes out and says went along with the match stopping, and helped Bryan up Monday night because he respects him, but after the way Bryan has talked to him tonight, he’s going to have to be taken out on a stretcher.

(1) Sheamus def. Cody Rhodes. Sheamus gets the W with the Cloverleaf, then he’s beaten down by Damien Sandow.

– A Wyatt Family promo airs.

(2) *Intercontinental Champion* Curtis Axel def. Wade Barrett w/The Miz is on commentary.

(3) *Divas Champion* AJ Lee def. Natalya. AJ gets the victory with the Black Widow submission.

– Backstage, Aksana teases Kaitlyn about AJ’s beating Natalya. Kaitlyn attacks her until Layla breaks it up.

(4) *World Heavyweight Champion* Alberto Del Rio def. Chris Jericho via DQ. Ricardo Rodriguez interferes when Jericho is about to win the match, and Dolph Ziggler attacks Del Rio giving him the W via DQ. Del Rio escapes the ring and Jericho hits Ziggler with a Codebreaker for costing him the match. Del Rio comes back to kick Ziggler and pose over him as a good heel should.

(5) Christian def. Drew McIntyre.

– Christian cuts a promo about being back after he beats McIntrye. The Shield then enters the ring through the crowd and hits the triple powerbomb on “Captain Charisma.”

– Video of Brock Lesnar’s attack CM Punk Monday airs. Renee Young then interviews Paul Heyman backstage about what happened.

(6) Daniel Bryan def. Randy Orton. Orton dominates most of the match. They end up on the floor and Bryan hits a suicide dive to keep Orton on the floor for the 10 count. Bryan demands that the match be restarted because he didn’t want it to end that way, but the ref refuses to restart it.
