Second Divas Match Set For Wrestlemania Preshow

The WWE Divas Championship title match will be Charlotte defending against Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks in a triple threat match.

However, that only features three women of the Divas division. WWE has made the decision to have another Divas match on the Wrestlemania card for Dallas.

WWE has officially announced the match will be the team of Alicia Fox, Brie Bella, Natalya, and Paige vs. Lana, Naomi, Tamina Snuka, and another mystery partner.

The match will be on the preshow, which may upset some people. But, there needs to be something on the pre-show and it’s better than any title match falling to the pre-show at the biggest event of the year.

The most interesting dynamic of this match is Lana because this will be the first match of her WWE career.

For awhile, it seems like WWE was going to set up Brie Bella vs. Lana for the event, but there are many questions surrounding her in-ring ability, so this will make it much easier for The Ravishing Russian to hide any weakness in her game.

 

Wrestlemania 32 is also more likely than not going to be the last Mania match for Brie Bella in her career. It’s also nice to see Paige, Natalya, and Team BAD all get spots on the card.

It won’t be the match of the night, but it’ll keep featuring the women of WWE on the grandest stage of them all alongside a great triple threat match for the Divas Championship.
