VIDEO: Two Monday Night Raw Stars Debut On NXT

Nice to have you. There are so many wrestlers on the WWE roster that it can be hard to figure out what to do with all of them. That is quite the problem to have and as luck would have it, WWE has a lot of different places to put them. With the two main roster television shows plus a pair of NXT shows, WWE has some options to pick from when it comes to putting talent on television. They made another move this week.

One of the biggest things that WWE has going for it is its international depth. The company has wrestlers from around the world and that is a great way to give them some extra diversity. You can see several different kinds of wrestling, which can go a long way towards keeping things fresh. Now some of that international talent has made its way to NXT, though it might just be for a short time.

Gran Metalik and Lince Dorado of Monday Night Raw’s Lucha House Party appeared on this week’s edition of NXT, defeating Legado del Fantasma in a tag team match. This is the first time that the team has appeared on NXT television and it is not clear if it is a full time move for the pair. The Lucha House Party was on this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw, with Metalik defeating Miz in a singles match.

Opinion: Cool. I can always go for a team coming down to NXT, even if it is for a short term visit. The Lucha House Party are rather talented wrestlers who are not getting a chance to do anything on the main roster shows. Heading down to NXT, whether it is permanent or just an extended guest starring role, could do a lot of good for them. If nothing else, maybe WWE will see what they have sitting on the bench.
