The opinion that matters. Vince McMahon is the definition of one of a kind. Not only can he do anything he wants in the wrestling business, but he can also make or break a career in the blink of an eye. If someone does something that impresses him, it can mean a huge change of pace in what they are going to be able to do. That seems to have been the case on Sunday at Extreme Rules.
This Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay per view was one of the most unique events in recent years and that included some strange matches and moments. Almost nothing was more out there than the Swamp Fight, WWE’s latest cinematic match. While it did not really have a clear winner or loser, there was a lot going on during the match and it was going to get some attention, including McMahon’s.
According to Tom Colohue of Sportskeeda.com, McMahon’s reaction to the Swamp Fight was said to be very positive, even to the point of him “loving” the match. The Swamp Fight consisted of several instances of Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt talking and Strowman dispatching several masked attackers. The Fiend appeared at the end, suggesting that the feud is not over yet.
It was unlike anything else. Check out how the Swamp Fight went down:
Opinion: The Swamp Fight was certainly different and that is the kind of thing that McMahon has gone for in the past. I’m not sure if I ever need to see it again but it was certainly unique. You can see Wyatt’s creativity on display every time he is doing something like this and that isn’t something you can fake. I could go for more of his creativity, but maybe in a different format.
