2017 has been a year of advancement for wrestling on YouTube. Several wrestlers from around the world in a variety of companies have started creating channels. From the independent wrestlers to accomplished wrestlers in companies like WWE, the YouTube scene is drastically conceptualizing in front of wrestling fans all over the world. The latest wrestlers to create a YouTube channel are The Addiction or Bad Influence, as some may know them by.
In the video, Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian explain the focus of their new YouTube channel, which we highly recommend subscribing to. They want to upload promos such as the one that forms the basis of this first video. The first of which comes after Cody defeated Daniels in ROH for his ROH Championship.
Daniels and Kazarian are rampant, furious with their mistreatment by the company and fans. They go into detail, mentioning Cody, Bullet Club, Stardust, The Revival and NXT to varying degrees. To say they definitely got everything off their chest is an understatement.
The version of this promo that aired on ROH TV was heavily edited, removing a lot of what Daniels said. In addition, Daniels explains in the video that he received the largest fine in ROH history for that. He was happy to pay for the fine so he could express himself, but he was mad his promo wasn’t authentically televised.
What did you think of the promo? Do you like this type of thing?
