Truly one of a kind. At various points in WWE’s history, they’ve had some truly bizarre stipulations. However, one absolutely tops them all: “The following contest is for the custody of Dominic!” Yes there was a ladder match for the custody of a young boy and it was one of the biggest matches on the card.

Back at “Summerslam 2005”, Rey Mysterio and Eddie Guerrero had a ladder match with custody papers hanging above the ring. Ignoring the completely ridiculous stipulations, this was actually a heck of a match with both guys leaving it all in the ring. This is the match that Mysterio has called his favorite in WWE and it’s been released in full on their YouTube page.

FULL MATCH - Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero - Ladder Match: SummerSlam 2005

Opinion: If you can overlook the mess that is the story behind the match, it’s actually incredibly entertaining with both guys beating the heck out of each other. Guerrero wouldn’t be around long after this and it’s even sadder to see that he could still perform at such a high level.
