Shake things up a bit. WWE is still having issues figuring everything out involving the Coronavirus pandemic but they have taken some steps in the right direction. Above all others, they now have a regular home in the Amway Center, allowing them to be in a major arena rather than down at the Performance Center every week. That will be the case again with an upcoming show.

Pay per views are still the major shows for WWE and that will likely be the case for a long time to come. The weekly television shows build towards the pay per views every month or so and you can see what is coming up on most cards. With so many cards to set up, WWE has mainly shifted towards themed shows, one of which will be taking place next month at the Amway Center.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hell In A Cell 2020 has been moved from November 1 to October 25. The move has been made to allow the event to take place in the Amway Center, where the company’s lease expires on October 30. WWE does not want to move everything over to another venue when everything will already be set up in the Amway Center. WWE has not yet announced the change.

The Cell has some history. Check out some of its big moments:

Opinion: Makes sense. There is little reason to move everything over from another venue when you are coming up on some major show. It would just make for an additional move, which would be even more complicated when it isn’t even clear where they might be moving yet. The Amway Center has helped them out a lot so far and it wouldn’t shock me to see WWE try to extend the lease.
