It’s a good place to go. There are only so many spots for wrestlers in WWE and you can see some wrestlers moving around from week to week. This can make for some fascinating moves and some of them are better than others. Wrestlers jumping back and forth can make for interesting moments, but you have to find the right niche eventually. We might be seeing someone getting closer to doing just that.

Back in 2002, the WWE produced perhaps the greatest rookie class in company history. This included Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Randy Orton and Batista. That is a group of four Hall of Famers, with only Orton still being a regular wrestler. Some of the others will pop in every now and then, but there is one more member of the group of wrestlers produced by Ohio Valley Wrestling that year. One of them is getting a new push on Monday Night Raw.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Shelton Benjamin defeated R-Truth to win the 24/7 Title for the first time. In addition, Benjamin became the newest member of the Hurt Business, joining forces with MVP and Bobby Lashley. The win marked Benjamin’s first victory on a major WWE television show since the October 2, 2018 SmackDown when he defeated Daniel Bryan.

Benjamin is a forgotten star. Check out what he can do in the ring:

Opinion: As an old Benjamin fan, this is rather nice to see as Benjamin is only going to be around for so much longer. I’m not sure why he has been around WWE for so long and done almost nothing in so long, but you would think that he would be able to do something. He is doing that now, assuming you consider the 24/7 Title to be anything of value. I’ll take it at the moment though, which hasn’t been the case for Benjamin in a long time.

What do you think of Benjamin? Will anything come of this for him? Let us know in the comments below.
