Hey you’re still here! There are a lot of names on the WWE roster but not all of them are going to be able to make it onto every show. That could be due to a variety of things, but some of the reasons are worse than others. One of the worst is when someone is suffering from some sort of medical issues, be it an injury or a condition. It is always nice to see them come back, and that was the case this week on SmackDown.
This week on SmackDown, Sheamus made his first appearance in over eight months, announcing that he was back and taking over SmackDown. Sheamus has been out of action since just after WrestleMania 35 with a concussion, though he had been rumored to be ready for a return for several months now. He was not chosen for either brand in October’s WWE Draft.
He’s back! Check out Sheamus’ return plus a little refresher course:
Opinion: I’ve always liked Sheamus so this is a welcome moment. I know he isn’t going to be a World Champion again but there is nothing wrong with having a big bruising role player who can work with just about anyone. You can never have too much talent around and hopefully Sheamus can do a few good things in the ring. He’s 41 years old but that doesn’t mean he can’t be a success again.
