There’s always room for more content. If there’s one thing you can’t accuse WWE of doing, it’s skimping on programming. They have so many hours of shows available on television that when you add in the Network programs, it’s rather difficult to keep track of everything. With the move to FOX in October, things are going to get even bigger and now we know just how big.

Triple H appeared on FOX Sports 1 Friday morning to promote WrestleMania 35 but also announced a new weekly WWE studio show that will air Tuesday nights on FOX Sports 1 later this fall. The debut of the show will coincide with the debut of SmackDown Live, though a specific date and time have not been announced. A show like this has been rumored since the original FOX deal was announced.

Of course there’s a video of the announcement. Check out Triple H explaining the show:

Opinion: I’m not sure about this. It’s going to be something that wrestling fans might like but how many people outside of that niche are going to be watching? A lot of this stuff seems like it could be on YouTube and I’m not sure how well that kind of a show is going to do on cable TV. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this not last very long, but getting it on the air in the first place is an accomplishment.

Is this a good idea? How long do you think the show will last? Let us know in the comments below.
