Got him. One of the bigger stories over the summer has been whether or not Daniel Bryan was going to re-sign with WWE. The idea that he might not stick around was a big question mark as Bryan’s return has been one of the biggest, most emotional moments of the year and hopefully there’s more coming from him. It seemed likely that he would sign again, but now we have some more details.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bryan has signed a new contract with WWE. This has been rumored for the last few weeks as Bryan had said that he was 90% likely to sign with the company again. While there is no word on when his new contract will expire, Bryan is already announced to be wrestling at this month’s Hell In A Cell as well as October’s Super Show-Down.

Maybe some more like this perhaps?

Daniel Bryan vs. Andrade "Cien" Almas: SmackDown LIVE, Sept. 4, 2018

Opinion: I’m not sure how much doubt there was in this but it’s nice to see Bryan locked up for good. Bryan leaving would have been a big hit to WWE, which has built Bryan’s return up as a big deal (as it should have been). There’s a lot more that he could do for years to come and hopefully he sticks around to do all of the things that he needs to do. If nothing else, for the sake of the final blowoff with the Miz.

Are you glad Bryan is staying? What else do you want to see him do in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
