Keep that in mind. Back at Clash Of Champions in September, Jey Uso became one of the least likely main eventers in company history. Jey challenged his cousin Roman Reigns in the show’s main event and had the performance of a lifetime in the process. While Jey came up short, he and Reigns had an awesome match and people were wondering where Uso’s future was heading. Now we might know a bit more.

The biggest problem for Jey was the status of his brother Jimmy, who has been out of action for over six months with a knee injury. When Jimmy is healthy, he and Jey form one of the best tag teams of this generation. Jimmy’s knee is getting a lot closer to being healthy and that means Jey’s solo career could be coming to an end. Now we know a bit more about the time frame of everything.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jimmy is expected to return to the ring at some point between November and January. Once he is back, the Usos will be continuing as a team on SmackDown. At the moment, Jimmy’s wife Naomi is on the Monday Night Raw roster but since the shows are both being taped in the same venue, keeping the couple apart will not be an issue.

It could work either way. Check out the Usos together and apart:

Opinion: That’s some good news as while Jey’s match against Reigns worked out very well, it isn’t like he has nothing else to do besides a singles run. The Usos are one of the best tag teams around today and have been for a long time. It makes sense to go with something that works rather than leaving Jimmy out in the cold and adding another name to the already crowded midcard.

What do you think of the Usos? What should Jey do until Jimmy is back? Let us know in the comments below.
