That doesn’t sound good. You never know when someone is going to go from in great shape to suddenly not being able to wrestle. Random and surprise injuries can come up out of nowhere and bring down someone who is on fire. That can be the case with anyone from the top of the card all the way down to nothing and it seems to have happened to a pretty rapidly rising star.
According to Fightful Select by way of Ringsidenews.com, Ricochet is currently listed as “To Be Determined” on the WWE injury sheet due to an elbow infection, meaning there is no word when he will be back in the ring. Ricochet was scheduled to take part in this week’s Raw Reunion but had to be replaced by Seth Rollins. His most recent match took place on July 21 at a house show.
Ricochet can flip well when he’s healthy. Check out one of his big matches with AJ Styles from earlier this month:
Opinion: Ricochet is one of the most promising stars in a long time as the fans certainly seem to like seeing him and there is a chance that he could become a top star in the blink of an eye. Hopefully the infection can be cleared up in a hurry as he needs to be in the ring and in front of the camera as often as he can. The fans aren’t going to forget about him anytime soon though, so getting healthy is what matters most.
