The “Ayatollah of Rock and Roll-ah” will undoubtedly have his hands full on Monday night.

WWE.com has released its “Five-Point Preview” for the upcoming edition of “Monday Night Raw,” and in the article, they note that Brock Lesnar, along with Paul Heyman, will be appearing on Chris Jericho’s talk show, “The Highlight Reel.” Below is the full excerpt regarding the appearance:

Brock Lesnar has taken Roman Reigns to Suplex City before, but The Big Dog’s brutal encounter with The Beast Incarnate on Raw last week was painful for multiple reasons. Already facing an uphill battle by having to defend his WWE World Heavyweight Championship against 29 Superstars in the 2016 Royal Rumble Match, Reigns now also finds himself in the crosshairs of The Anomaly, a monster who will stop at nothing to ascend to the top of the sports-entertainment food chain. Whatever strategy Reigns had for this near-impossible title defense just went right out the window.

Following that savage display of aggression, Lesnar will appear on Chris Jericho’s “The Highlight Reel” alongside Paul Heyman. What questions will Y2J have for The Beast and his calculating advocate? No matter what happens, The Big Dog will be watching. Believe that.

As Roman Reigns was being attacked by several superstars in the final segment of “Raw” last week, Lesnar made his return to WWE Programming and took down everyone in his path, before delivering an F5 to Reigns to close the show. Both “The Beast Incarnate” and Jericho will be participants in this year’s “Royal Rumble” match next weekend, and are both being advertised for the upcoming “Fastlane” pay-per-view in February.

Editor’s Note:

I am looking forward to this segment for many reasons. First and foremost, hearing Y2J and Heyman going back on the microphone will be nothing short of pure gold. Secondly, with the rumors that Jericho will be turning heel before WrestleMania, it will be interesting to see if the seeds of this are planted this Monday night. Lesnar seems to get a face reaction wherever he goes, and may be able to play that role perfectly to assist with Jericho’s transformation.
