It has been rumored for weeks that the members of the Bullet Club, including AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson, will be making their debut with WWE in the very near future. However, for one member, that future may be here sooner than we think.

At a recent Revolution Pro independent show, AJ Styles cut a shoot-like promo, and addressed his future within the wrestling business. He said, “I don’t know what the future holds for me. If I’m not recovering from some weird arm-bar submission, and there’s a spot in the Royal Rumble…I don’t deserve a thing, I don’t deserve you (the fans), but you put me in that Rumble, and I’ll kick some ass for you guys.”

A fan captured the promo on video, and you can see it here:

WWE has been recently addressing rumors about the Bullet Club signing with the company, and New Japan Pro Wrestling has gone so far as to strip Nakamura of the IWGP Intercontinental Championship. One of NXT’s lead trainers, Matt Bloom, also recently gave his thoughts on what the Bullet Club coming to WWE would mean for the future of the wrestling business.

Editor’s Note:

I was first introduced to AJ Styles during his time in TNA, and I have been a huge fan ever since. His technical abilities in the ring, as well as ability to captivate audiences on the mic, could be a huge draw for WWE, and could create some dream matches in the eyes of the hardcore fans. If Styles does in fact make his debut at the “Royal Rumble,” the buzz around it would be simply ‘phenomenal’, and could be incredibly important on the road to WrestleMania.
