Back in April, Bayley lost her NXT Women’s Champion to Asuka at NXT Takeover: Dallas. At the time, the NXT and WWE fans saw that loss as Bayley putting over Asuka before heading to the main roster.
However, that was not what WWE saw and had planned for Bayley. Over the past three months, she has been floating around NXT programming in a mini-feud with Nia Jax waiting for her rematch with Asuka.
It’s been a rough few months for “The Queen of Hug Style,” but she’s very determined to make things change and have one more huge moment in Brooklyn before her time in NXT is over.
Last week, Bayley defeated Alexa Bliss in a good match, which has brought the former NXT Women’s Champ back into the running to reclaim her title and have her rematch.
Bayley posted the following on Twitter to hype her next run at the title:

Bayley is headed for the main roster. If she doesn’t come up after the WWE Draft and brand split, then something is very wrong with the people running the company.
The last three months of Bayley’s career have really hurt her momentum, but she will be able to recover with one last great match at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II. She deserves to move on to bigger and better things.
Do you think Bayley should become WWE’s first Women’s Intercontinental Champion?
