In just a few short days, the “Cruiserweight Classic” will begin to air on the WWE Network and give us one of the most fun things of 2016.

There are thirty-two talents that will be featured during the tournament, but there can only be one winner and while it is anyone’s guess. There is one favorite that stands above them all according to a recent report.

DailyWrestlingNews.com is reporting that WWE is billing Zack Sabre Jr. as the favorite to win the tournament. It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise considering the he’s the best technical wrestler on the planet.

A lot of people look at the bracket and can see a mile away that the finals of the “Cruiserweight Classic” will be Zack Sabre Jr. vs. Kota Ibushi in what would be an incredible match.

We’ve got a long way to go before that happens and there is a lot more wrestling to be had before we can seriously start talking about the winner. WWE posted the following introduction to Sabre:

No matter who wins the tournament, WWE should do everything they can to sign Sabre if he’s not under contract elsewhere because the skills and hype he would bring to NXT and WWE would be astonishing.

Who do you think will win the “Cruiserweight Classic?”
