In case you missed the update, Kevin Owens wasn’t on Monday Night Raw this week because he was sent home by WWE due to illness. It’s not expected to stop him from defending the IC Championship at “TLC” next weekend.

According to PWInsider.com, Owens was planned for the League of Nations vs. “The Family” main event on Raw this week and the match was going to involve building the feud between Dean Ambrose and Owens. However, those plans will likely be played out on Monday Night Raw next week going into “TLC”.

There have been rumors that Kevin Owens will represent Canada and join the League of Nations when he returns next week. The rumors claimed that was the plan before Owens got sick and had to be written out of Raw. However, no plans are confirmed as of this writing, and Owens may be better off on his own.

Owens has been involved in heavy rumors regarding a match with Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania 32. In an update from that potential match in Dallas next year, it is being reported that WWE is discussing the possibility of Lesnar vs. Owens, but Lesnar is not aware of any plans for that matchup as of this writing.
