It’s a tricky area. The Bella Twins are two of the most popular stars in the history of women’s wrestling whether you like them or not. A good chunk of their success is due to their efforts outside of the ring as they have built up a rather strong following due to social media and their reality shows. Those things can go a long way and that his what they have done, though not everything can go as they planned.
Earlier this month, the Bella Twins released Incomparable, their memoirs, which reached the New York Times bestseller list. The book chronicles their life stories and unveils some never before told stories, plus their thoughts on events in the wrestling world. This makes sense given how many things they have taken part in, but there were some things that could not make it to print.
The Bella Twins were guests on the latest edition of Sunday Night’s Main Event and discussed their book. During the interview, Nikki mentioned her relationship with John Cena, some of which had to be left out of the book. Some of the stories were taken out at WWE’s request, though she did not go into any details about what they were or if Cena himself had any input in what was taken out. The book was released on May 5 and is available now.
The two did have some good times. Check out some of their moments together:
Opinion: This is one of those things where the tease of what was almost in the book is going to be more interesting than a lot of what actually made it in. Fans are going to wonder what Cena did that couldn’t be printed but the problem is that we can’t actually know the answer. There could be all kinds of things and that makes for some interesting speculation, but that’s all it will be until someone else says something.
What do you think was left out? How much input did Cena have? Let us know in the comments below.
