When Could Chris Jericho Be Leaving WWE?

This might just make the List. While it’s not confirmed yet, there’s a good chance that Chris Jericho could be leaving WWE to hit the road with his band Fozzy again. According to 411mania.com, Fozzy will be touring around the country over the summer of 2017 with dates already announced in April and May. With “Wrestlemania XXXIII” in early April, there’s a good chance that Jericho will be finishing up with WWE around the biggest show of the year.

Jericho returned to the company back in January for what he described as a four month run. Since then, Jericho has undergone a career resurgence by feuding with AJ Styles back in the spring and then developing the List of Jericho. His run as Kevin Owens’ best friend has been one of the most popular acts in WWE this year.

You had to know this was coming one day as Jericho has made a habit out of sticking around for awhile and then leaving to do various other things. Jericho is a wrestler first but there are so many other things he likes to do and he can walk away at any time. That doesn’t mean it’s not disappointing as this has been one of Jericho’s best runs ever but you knew it was happening.
