He’s not a well man. Whether you like him or not, there is no denying that Vince McMahon is unlike anyone else in the wrestling world. Not only is he the most powerful man in the history of the sport, but he is so out there on some things that you never know what he might try. This can be both good and bad, but he is willing to go for anything. That was the case for the biggest show of the year as well.
WrestleMania is the biggest wrestling event of the year every year and that has been the case for a long time now. You never know what you might see at the show and WWE often goes a long way in doing something special on the big night. That could include a variety of big stunts and while this year’s edition was confined to the Performance Center, things still went a little bit big, with McMahon getting in on the action.
In a new clip om WWE 24: WrestleMania, McMahon is shown demonstrating a dive to Rob Gronkowski at WrestleMania. The dive involves McMahon, at seventy four years old, climbing onto a platform, holding onto a barricade, and diving off onto a crash pad several feet below. This was the dive that Gronkowski dove from during the show, albeit after several hours of not being willing or ready to do it.
Who did it better? Check out both of the dives:
Opinion: I know McMahon is not the most popular name in wrestling, but he is willing to do anything he would ask his wrestlers to do and that says a lot about him. Granted it might say that he’s a bit insane, but that is part of his charm. McMahon did what he wanted Gronkowski to do and looked fine doing it. You don’t see many bosses doing something like that so good for him for being willing to do so.
What do you think of McMahon’s dive? What is the craziest thing you have ever seen him do? Let us know in the comments below.
