When champions collide. There are a lot of wrestlers under the WWE umbrella and some of the best involved are the champions. It is a simple idea: the best wrestlers around have big shiny belts to signify that they are some of the most talented people in their field. Sometimes you get a chance to see those champions fight each other, but in this case we are seeing a similar idea in a unique way.

WWE has some rather impressive champions at the moment and two of their best are the Monday Night Raw and NXT singles champions. Those are Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee respectively, both of whom are big, strong men and people who can run through a lot of people in a short amount of time. It could be interesting to see them face off and now we can in a bit of a different way.

This is rather cool to see. Check out a champions’ sparring session:

WWE has released a video showing McIntyre and Lee having a sparring session inside a ring. The video includes the two of them grappling, as well as the two talking about their careers. McIntyre also gets annoyed about Randy Orton, who he will be facing on Sunday at Summerslam. The two also discuss their time together in Evolve Wrestling, where both of them wrestled before coming to WWE.

Opinion: This is a cool thing to see and one of those ideas that you get to see every now and then. Lee and McIntyre have a bit of a shared history together and it’s cool to see them getting in the ring and having a chat at the same time. They are very talented and charismatic performers and you don’t get to see something like this very often. WWE’s television may not be the best, but they know how to put something like this together in a good way.

What do you think of the idea? Who will hold their title longer? Let us know in the comments below.
