Video: My Son Is A WWE Superstar Featuring Braun Strowman

I wonder if he got his hands from his parents. Braun Strowman has been one of the hottest names in WWE over the last year and a a half, rising from little more than a monster to a guy who has main evented multiple pay per views, including last year’s Summerslam. That’s the kind of career run you can be proud of, and there are several people who probably are. Like his parents for instance.

There is a certain resemblance.

Strowman is the subject of the latest installment of WWE’s My Son Is A WWE Superstar series. The video looks at Strowman’s childhood and rise to his current position in WWE, as told by his mother and father. It is shown out of character, allowing Strowman to show more of his personality as well as telling some more personal stories. The series has also featured named like Kevin Owens and currently airs weekly.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that I love to watch as WWE knows how to put these mini documentaries like no one else. It helps that you have someone like Strowman as the featured performer, as he is one of the more interesting and entertaining stories on the roster at the moment. The fans still care about him, even if his chances to win the Universal Title seem to have passed. Hopefully that changes in short order.
