They’ve made the list…of wrestlers. House shows are an entirely different animal than what you get most of the time in WWE. Whether it’s seeing a new act that hasn’t been around in a long time or someone trying something new, you never know what you might get. In a pair of upcoming cases, there are some major names making some special appearances.

According to WWE.com, both Chris Jericho and Hideo Itami will be making appearances at the June 30 and July 1 “Monday Night Raw” shows in Tokyo, Japan. Jericho has been gone from WWE since losing the United States Title back to Kevin Owens while Itami hasn’t made a main roster debut yet and is still a full time NXT wrestler. As is always the case, these plans could change before the show dates.

Opinion: This sounds great, assuming you ignore the whole Jericho is a “Smackdown Live” wrestler and these are a “Monday Night Raw” shows. It’s not like it really matters and if anyone actually brings it up, I’m sure they can figure something out (“Since it was an international appearance, Jericho still has to fulfill some contractual dates.”). Itami should help the Japanese crowds so everything is fine.
