I hope they signed the guest book. If there is one thing that WWE enjoys doing, it is presenting its legends for a reunion. The company has such a deep history that allows them to have such a group of legends and it makes sense to bring them out every now and then. That was the case again this week, but things did not exactly seem to go according to the plans, or even the advertisements.

This week’s Monday Night Raw had a theme of Raw Legends with several former WWE stars returning to the show for a reunion special. The show’s advertisements mentioned over a dozen names appearing and various reports announced that others would be appearing at the show. However, that is not exactly what happened as several wrestlers did not make their scheduled appearances.

The majority of the advertised stars made appearances on Raw Legends but there were a few names who did not show up. The names who did appear on television, with some speaking and some only appearing in the background, were:

Hulk Hogan
Teddy Long
Alicia Fox
Tatanka
Mickie James
Sgt. Slaughter
Ric Flair
Big Show
Jimmy Hart
Mark Henry
IRS
Molly Holly
Melina
Torrie Wilson
Boogeyman
Ron Simmons
Booker T.
Jeff Jarrett
Goldberg

There were also several names who were advertised or mentioned as appearing. There is no word on why these names did not appear, or if they were at the show and did not appear on camera:

Kurt Angle
Beth Phoenix
Candice Michelle
Carlito
Hillbilly Jim
Ivory
Jacqueline
Michael Hayes

Opinion: I can always go for a show like this but I’m also curious to know where everyone else was. Assuming nothing is wrong with them from a health perspective, it is rather strange to see so many names mentioned in one way or another just not appear. Some of them might not be the biggest stars ever, but Angle is an all time legend and you would think he would be a priority to get on the air.
