That’s not good. There are some wrestlers who seem ready to break through to the other side and then get cut down at the last minute. It isn’t fair to them a lot of the time but that can be the case at times. It was the case last year with Jason Jordan, who was getting the push of a lifetime and he was starting to get the swing of what he was going for. Now it seems that things may be wrapped up.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jordan’s in-ring career seems to be over for good. He suffered a neck injury and underwent surgery in early 2018, with an expected recovery time of one year, but has not wrestled in over a year and a half. While there is always a chance that he could come back down the road, it is becoming less likely for him to ever wrestle again. Jordan is still employed by the company as an agent.
Jordan was starting to get it near the end. Check out him running his mouth in a bad way:
Opinion: This one is just sad as Jordan was starting to get the hang of being a heel at the end and never got a chance to really make it work. After Daniel Bryan came back to the ring last year, I’ll never say never, but this one is starting to feel like the longest of long shots. Jordan getting back in the ring would be great, though I really don’t think it’s happening. At least he has a job in WWE though, which is rather nice of them to do.
