The New Bosses. Update On Paul Heyman And Eric Bischoff Running WWE TV, Haven’t Started Yet.

You have to start somewhere. The biggest wrestling story of last week was the announcement of Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman taking over SmackDown Live and Monday Night Raw respectively. These were some fresh names getting some authority in WWE and it was clear that things were changing. The question became when those changes would take place, and now we might have an idea.

According to F4WOnline.com, neither of this week’s shows will see the full influence from Bischoff and Heyman. While Heyman did have a hand in this week’s Monday Night Raw, Bischoff will have little to no influence on this week’s SmackDown Live. Bischoff’s shows will begin shortly after Extreme Rules and he is not expected to be an on-air talent. Heyman will continue in his role as Brock Lesnar’s advocate, with no mention of his new role expected.

Opinion: I’d much rather have the two of them be given time to set things up instead of just rushing straight into everything. This week’s Monday Night Raw was an encouraging sign though as the show definitely had more energy and a different feeling to it, which has been needed for a long time now. Hopefully that is the case with both shows, though you never can tell.
