The slow schedule continues. With John Cena’s mainstream commitments piling up, there’s only so much time for him to appear on WWE TV. Unfortunately there’s even less time to appear on live events and it seems that Cena isn’t going to be appearing on any of them after the biggest show of the year.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter by way of 411mania.com, Cena is off all post “Wrestlemania XXXIII” advertising, including the “Money in the Bank 2017” pay per view, which is scheduled for June 18. This seems to also include all television shows as well, meaning Cena is likely wrapping up either at “Wrestlemania XXXIII” or the following “Smackdown Live”.

Opinion: At this point, there’s not much else you can expect. Cena is clearly moving on from WWE, but a lot of that is due to him being forty years old three weeks after “Wrestlemania XXXIII”. I know it’s kind of frustrating to see him leave but only a handful of top level talents have ever lasted this long in the first place.

How much longer do you think Cena will keep popping up in WWE? When does he win his seventeenth World Title? Let us know in the comments below.
