And another one bites the dust. According to his official Twitter account, former TNA X-Division Champion Tigre Uno has finished up with the company. The Tweet would suggest that the move was amicable as Tigre Uno thanked TNA for the opportunity and seemed happy with his time in the promotion. This is the third departure in just a few days as the Tribunal left over the weekend as well.

Tigre Uno hasn’t wrestled on TNA TV since “Lockdown 2016” way back on February 23. During his time in TNA, Tigre Uno won the X-Division Title once, losing it to Trevor Lee on February 2 after about six and a half months as champion. His rematches would be his last appearances with the company.

You can’t really be surprised by this one as Tigre Uno has barely appeared for the company this year. Why bother keeping him on the roster if he’s never going to do anything? Let him go and let someone else have his spot so creative can do something with the replacement. Tigre Uno was fine for your standard masked luchador but he really wasn’t anything special.
