Here he comes again. There have been a lot of wrestlers over the years but there are very few superstars. Sometimes you see someone who becomes as big of a star as you can in WWE and they take the company on their back to carry it to the future. That is what happened with John Cena, who has not been around all that much as of late due to his Hollywood career. That being said, he is still around every now and then and we now know when he will be appearing again.

After this week’s SmackDown went off the air, WWE aired another special edition of Backstage, their upcoming weekly studio panel show on Fox Sports 1. The show features a variety of guests on every episode, with wrestlers appearing in person or in a video interview to talk about whatever they have going on. One of those this week set up next week’s SmackDown main event, but this week’s show also announced when Cena will be around WWE next.

During this week’s episode of Backstage, Renee Young announced that Cena will be appearing on the show’s weekly premiere, which will take place on November 5 at 11pm on Fox Sports 1. It is not clear if Cena will be in the studio in person or if the interview will be live via satellite. Cena is currently filming The Suicide Squad as part of the DC Universe and it is not clear if he will be able to get away from the set. Cena’s most recent appearance took place on the July 22, 2019 edition of Monday Night Raw.

Cena is someone who is being missed now that he is gone. Check out his big WrestleMania 35 appearance:

Opinion: Cena is the kind of guy you can’t replace or recreate as he really is a once in a generation talent. He has all of the skills that you could ever ask for and could do anything asked of him. Now that his talent has moved to Hollywood, it is becoming more and more obvious that WWE is in need of a new top star. That brings up the major problem: how in the world is WWE supposed to be able to come up with someone anywhere near his level? If they could they would, but that isn’t something you can just do.
