They’re everywhere at the moment. Injuries are the kind of things that you can never prepare for and unfortunately there are times where you don’t know how long they are going to last. Sometimes someone can get hurt and you can have a pretty good idea of how long they are going to be gone. Other injuries are the kind where it is a day by day thing and unfortunately we might be having someone with one of those situations.

One of the worst possible injuries that a wrestler can have is a concussion. They are the kind of situation where you never know how bad they are going to last with wrestlers possibly being on the shelf for months if not longer. The other problem is how fast they can happen, and with WWE doing something good by taking them so much more seriously, they can take wrestlers out of the ring in a hurry. Now another name may be on the shelf.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, there is a possibility that Rey Mysterio was injured during his match on Monday Night Raw. Mysterio faced MVP on the show and took a big boot during the match. After the boot made contact, Mysterio seemed a bit staggered, though he did manage to finish the match. There is no word on if Mysterio has been tested for a concussion.

The match was rather hard hitting. Check out MVP vs. Mysterio:

Opinion: This is one of those bad things that can happen in wrestling and it might mean a lot of things. Hopefully Mysterio is not too badly hurt as this is the kind of thing where you don’t know just how severe it is. We should know more in the future and should know a bit more about Mysterio next week on Monday Night Raw. Mysterio is still a valuable part of the show and could do something special at WrestleMania, assuming he is healthy.

What do you want to see from Mysterio at WrestleMania? How long do you see him staying in the ring? Let us know in the comments below.
