You have to start somewhere. NXT has changed the way WWE works and that is a good thing. You never know where you might see someone move up from NXT to the main rosters and that can be very exciting. With so much talent down in NXT, the Monday Night Raw and SmackDown rosters are permanently on notice and that makes for some interesting moments. One of those moments took place on Monday.

Every now and then, you might get a heck of a surprise promotion to the main roster. While someone might not have done much in NXT, they might pop up on one of the main shows out of nowhere. Sometimes someone is just right for any specific role that Monday Night Raw or SmackDown might need and that’s how you can get some surprise moments. That seems to be the case again.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Riddick Moss debuted on Monday Night Raw, appearing with 24/7 Champion Mojo Rawley, who introduced Moss as his offensive lineman. After Rawley lost the title to R-Truth, Moss distracted R-Truth long enough so Rawley could win the title back. There is no word on if this is a permanent promotion. Moss has mainly been a tag team wrestler in NXT, most recently as part of the Outliers in NXT UK.

What a random cameo. Check out the debut and a little something from Moss:

Opinion: This one had me rather confused as Moss has hardly been someone all that prominently featured. He’s someone who looks fine enough, but I’ve never exactly seen him as someone ready to get up to the main roster. That being said, maybe he can do something on the main roster and it’s not like Rawley has anything else going on. See what he can do and maybe we can be in for something interesting.

Do you think Moss will succeed on the main roster? Who else should be called up? Let us know in the comments below.
