Alberto El Patron Arrested in Austria

He just can’t stay out of trouble. Alberto El Patron is no stranger to controversy due to his issues with Paige, as well as being released from WWE following a Wellness Policy violation earlier this year. Since then, El Patron has wrestled around the world, including a recent stop in Austria where things went a bit downhill for him.

According to Krone.at (an Austrian news site), El Patron and his brother El Hijo de Dos Caras, were arrested for getting into a fight with and hospitalizing a man in a nightclub in Leoben, Austria. El Patron was eventually put in ankle cuffs after breaking through the wire ties used to bound his wrists. He’s already back in the United States and there is no word on if he’ll have to go back to Austria to face charges.

At this point, El Patron and Paige seem like time bombs. Neither seems capable of staying out of trouble in one form or another and that’s just not good. Of course it’s not clear what prompted this fight but the fact that it took place isn’t a good sign. El Patron isn’t even forty years old yet and has burned several bridges already. I know he’s likely to retire sooner than later but this kind of thing keeps happening and only makes things worse.
