If you’ve ever been a fan of Taz or want to know why many people do like the man, we highly suggest watching the video we’ve linked down below. It is his debut with WWE back at the ‘Royal Rumble’ in 2000. Before that, he was known by many in ECW for his killer submissions. He has had an amazing career and many believe he could’ve accomplished more than what he did, given the chance.
Taz underwent surgery on his hand in order to repair nerve damage. The damage had caused a loss of feeling, muscle atrophy and an inability to grip objects with his right hand.
Taz posted a video to his Instagram account explaining that his surgery took longer then it was intended to be as surgeons were forced to do more intricate work then they had initially thought. He also mentioned they worked on his left thumb as well, as it showed early signs of having extremity too.
PWInsider reports that this means Taz will miss a few episodes of his radio show which airs from Monday-Friday at 7 to 9am EST from NYC. You can watch these shows here.
