The ‘Yes Man’ returned to the ring at WrestleMania 34. There, he would team with SmackDown Live commissioner Shane McMahon to defeat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
From here, Paige would retire from in-ring competition and replace Bryan as SmackDown Live General Manager as Bryan himself returned to the ring.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter has noted that Bryan is now “going full-time on the road.” This means he is now booked at the majority of house shows for SmackDown Live, alongside a number of other events.
It is unknown, as Ringside News points out if Bryan will need to still undergo impact tests after each house show match, but it appears as if the ‘Yes Man’ is not only back, but better than ever.
