Stocks are also reported to be down at the moment as well. As of the writing of this article, the stock is dropping rapidly and has currently taken a 19% drop over the last hour, according to multiple stock reports.
At the time of this article, both Barrios and Wilson are still listed as being Co-Presidents on the WWE Corporate website.
Here’s what happened after RAW went off the air last week:
Barrios, along with other WWE executives gave an interview to Variety magazine back in May, and shared a great vision for the company.
We will continue to monitor this story and provide updates as they become available to us.
Editor’s Opinion:
Something must be going on in Stamford that we don’t know about yet. To have both of the Co-Presidents leave the company, as well as the stock plummeting the way that it is? That’s a big deal and something that will not sit well with Vince McMahon and the rest of the WWE brass. We’ll keep watching this and see what happens.
