He just can’t stop. There are all kinds of people in WWE and some of them have their own share of problems. Most of the time these problems are in front of the camera, but occasionally something will happen behind the scenes that gets a wrestler in trouble. These can be a bigger problem than things in the ring, as WWE won’t want to push someone who is a problem behind the scenes. That may be the case again with one wrestler who can’t let something go.

One of the more interesting stories to come out of Royal Rumble weekend saw Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle have a verbal altercation backstage. Lesnar made it clear that he would never have a match against Riddle, who has been asking to get in the ring with Lesnar for the last year or so. The situation did not seem good for Riddle, who has some backstage heat due to his backstage actions over Lesnar. And now, he’s doing it again.

WWE has posted a new video to their Performance Center account showing Riddle talking about how he wants to face Lesnar. The video comes after Riddle was eliminated from the Royal Rumble match, meaning his altercation with Lesnar had already taken place. It is not clear if Riddle is in more trouble for this interview, or if it was filmed before WWE officials had heard of the situation with Lesnar.

As usual, Riddle has a lot to say. Check out the new interview:

Opinion: The more I think about this, the more confused I am by the whole thing. How angry could WWE be about the situation if they are willing to let Riddle say something like this on the same day that he got on Lesnar’s nerves? I’m not sure if there is ever going to be a Riddle vs. Lesnar match, but the foundation is certainly there if that is where WWE chooses to go.
