Historic Women’s Championship Match Set for “Roadblock: End of the Line”

After losing the Women’s Championship last week on “Monday Night Raw,” Charlotte sent out the following tweet, indicating that her journey to get back to the top was just beginning:

Little did we know how “ironic” the tweet would actually be.

Tonight on “Monday Night Raw,” it was announced that new champion Sasha Banks will be defending her title against “The Queen” in a 30-minute Iron Man match at “Roadblock: End of the Line.”

This will be the first Iron Man match on the main roster between two women. There has been one other match that involved females, and it happened last year at “NXT Takeover: Respect.” In the main event of the evening, Bayley defeated “The Boss” to retain the NXT Women’s Championship.

Editor’s Note:

At first, I thought that there was nothing else that these two women could do to take their current feud to the next level, but I was wrong. Banks and Charlotte have competed in some of the most intense and historic matches in the history of women’s wrestling, however, this will be another game changer. A perfect way temporarily end the greatest rivalry of 2016. I can’t wait.
