Redshirt freshman linebacker and fullback for the West Virginia University Mountaineers football team Houstin Syverston has posted two videos of the team putting on WWE style matches. The video features two matches, both tag team bouts pitting running backs Dustin Garrison and Andrew Buie against linebacker Al-Rasheed Benton and safety Marvin Cross.
The matches featured a lot of typical WWE chaos, with a lot of their fellow teammates getting involved. Many weapons were used, including a crutch, a trash can, a laundry cart, and even replica WWE championship belts. Referees were taken out, and Ric Flair chops were dished.
Submission moves were locked in, but forced to be called off when the competitor got to the rope (locker room cushion.) The battles were intense, leading to a “WrestleMania” rematch to settle the battle between offense and defense.

Editor’s Note
These matches are a lot better than anything WWE has put on in the past couple of months. Tremendous selling all around. If football doesn’t pan out, these kids got a future in WWE.
