Most are assuming that the Brock Lesnar vs. Samoa Joe feud will end after next month’s Great Balls of Fire, making it a one and done feud, which will end with Lesnar picking up another win. But, according to Cageside Seats, there’s one thing that’ll change that, and that thing is ratings.

According to the site, WWE is willing to extend the Lesnar vs. Joe angle if it’s able to increase the viewership for Monday Night Raw. Unfortunately, this week’s episode was going head to head with game 5 of the NBA Finals, and even though the brawl between Lesnar and Joe was pretty great, it probably won’t help much in the ratings.

As for a follow-up, well, we’re probably a few weeks away from that, as Lesnar isn’t scheduled to be on Raw next week.
