The WWE Universe has been saying it for a few years now; Paul Heyman should be more involved with WWE creative to make WWE programming better.

He’s done an outstanding job as The Advocate for Brock Lesnar over the past four years. Heyman is likely the best mic worker in WWE. That’s debatable, but not many people are going to argue against that idea.

However, it seems that something has happened backstage because Heyman isn’t happy only doing Brock Lesnar’s promo work, and he wants to get more involved with the company behind the scenes.

According to a report from DailyWrestlingNews.com, Paul Heyman and WWE have been having discussions about expanding his role behind the scenes in WWE. Those talks have been going on for a few months.

Apparently, Vince McMahon is very open to the idea because he thinks the company could use another creative mind to give input on WWE TV from within the business rather than another “Hollywood writer.”

There isn’t any word on what Heyman will be doing specifically, but another cook in the kitchen isn’t a bad idea as long as he does get in the way or cause trouble. Another set of experienced eyes rarely hurts.

Do you think it’s a good thing for Paul Heyman to get involved with WWE creative again?
