It seems crazy, but we’re getting close to the “Royal Rumble” PPV even though it seems that we just had the event last year. Naturally, this means that Wrestlemania is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking about some big matches for the show.

WWE is now under the brand extension, so it’s likely the “Royal Rumble” will feature fifteen men or women from both Raw and SmackDown in the match to determine the No. 1 Contender to the WWE World or WWE Universal Championship at Wrestlemania.

According to a report from Inquisitir.com, the early betting odds have been revealed. It is important to take these with a grain of salt for now, but they’re not saying anything that the WWE Universe hasn’t been discussing since he was injured back in August.

As of now, Finn Balor is the favorite to win the 2017 Royal Rumble match. Considering the fact that he never lost the WWE Universal title, we could easily see Kevin Owens defend it against Balor in Orlando, which would be fitting after their history in NXT.

However, there are rumors that Owens could be losing the title before the grandest stage of them all next year, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens in January.
