The venue will be the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium in New Delhi for both nights. John Cena and Big Show are headlining those events as of this writing. Those events will be the first time in thirteen years that WWE has held an event in India.
The WWE Network just launched this past week in the country. WWE is most likely going to broadcast those shows on the WWE Network.

WWE, Ten Sports bring WWE Live to India this January
NEW DELHI — WWE Live will return to India with two Live Events in New Delhi at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium on Friday, 15 Jan. and Saturday, 16 Jan., 2016.
A limited number of tickets will be available through a pre-sale from Wednesday, 4 Nov., at 1 p.m. IST through Saturday, 7 Nov., at 11:59 p.m. IST. Remaining tickets will go on-sale beginning Tuesday, 10 Nov. at 12 p.m. IST. All tickets will be available online at in.bookmyshow.com. Ticket prices start at INR 1,699.
Fans attending WWE Live will be able to see their favorite WWE Superstars, including John Cena, Dean Ambrose, Big Show, Sheamus, Cesaro and Ryback.*

WWE programming in India, including WWE Raw, WWE SmackDown, WWE Main Event, WWE NXT, Total Divas, and monthly pay-per-views such as WrestleMania and SummerSlam, air on Ten Sports Network.
