Back to normal. The Coronavirus has changed the way almost everything works in the wrestling world and there is no reason to believe that things are going to be completely back to normal anytime soon. That includes some pretty major changes, but there are a few things that you might not notice. One of the bigger changes might be going back to normal in the near future.

WWE has been around for a very long time and they have had a lot of different television shows over the years. Their two main television shows over those years have been Monday Night Raw and SmackDown, which have been on the air for 27 and 20 years respectively. That makes the shows as iconic as they can be, and now something is going to be restored to them in the near future.

According to PWInsider.com, WWE will be returning to live television starting with the August 21 SmackDown and the August 24 Monday Night Raw. These will serve as the final SmackDown before Summerslam and the Monday Night Raw after. At the moment, it is not clear how long the live shows will continue. There is also no word on when NXT will be back to airing live.

The shows felt a little differently while taping. Check out what has been going down:

Opinion: I could go for some live shows, if nothing else for the sake of seeing just how insane things can get given how the shows have been put together as of late. I’ve never quite bought into the idea that live instantly equals better, but it does add a little bit of a different feeling. WWE has a lot of problems to fix at the moment, and this is something that they can do to change things a bit.

What do you think of the idea? What is the next thing WWE needs to fix? Let us know in the comments below.
