It could be a long weekend. We are less than five weeks away from WrestleMania 35 and that means it is time for WWE to get ready for everything over the biggest weekend of the year. This is going to be another strange weekend as we are looking at a pair of WrestleMania shows and little more. That could make for some strange situations, but now WWE might be expanding things a bit.
Earlier this week, a story came out that NXT was going to be holding a Takeover on the Thursday before WrestleMania weekend. That is quite the idea, as Takeover was not around last year over the big weekend. Then it seemed that the show could be held over two nights. As things are changing at such a fast pace, now we might know WWE’s next interesting idea.
According to Wrestling Observer Radio, WWE has been discussing the idea of holding both nights of NXT, SmackDown, both nights of WrestleMania and then Monday Night Raw in Raymond James Stadium. That would be six straight nights in the stadium, which would mark the first time that the SmackDown and Monday Night Raw before and after WrestleMania would be held in the same stadium.
Imagine this in a stadium. Check out some post WrestleMania Monday Night Raw moments:
Opinion: This could certainly be interesting and having some fans back, even a few thousand, for a show like this could be worth considering. WWE needs something to bring back the energy and atmosphere that comes with everything that they are doing and this is one of the best ideas possible. It might be a while before they are regularly having fans again so go with it while you can.
