Is that a compliment? There are a lot of wrestlers under the WWE umbrella and some of them are going to be more popular than others. This can cause some issues if a wrestler with a strong fan backing does not get the kind of push that the fans want for them. Sometimes the company does not see things the same way and that might be the case again with a popular wrestler.

Back at Extreme Rules, Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura won the SmackDown Tag Team Titles. Usually that would be quite the moment and a major prize to win, but for Cesaro, it feels like more of the same. Fans have wanted to see a major Cesaro singles push for years now but he has been relegated to the tag team division for most of his career. Allegedly Vince McMahon just does not see the star power, and now someone else may be falling into that category.

According to TalkSport, Vince McMahon sees Aleister Black in the same boat as Cesaro. McMahon likes Black and his in-ring work, but there is something missing about him that prevents him from becoming a star, which is what has held Cesaro back. There is no word on what kind of changes, if any, WWE would be wanting to make with Black to improve his status in the company.

Black can do some impressive things in the ring. Check out what he is capable of:

Opinion: Black is someone who feels like he could become a major star in WWE with his look, presence and the Black Mass, but for some reason nothing has quite clicked yet. Yes he was NXT Champion, but there is a world of difference between NXT and the main roster. It isn’t like Black is being destroyed on Monday Night Raw or anything either. WWE sees something in him, but there is a missing piece to get him up to the next level.

What is Black missing? What will it take to make him a superstar? Let us know in the comments below.
