The next field to conquer for Charlotte? Wrestling has always lived in a strange section of the celebrity universe as the people involved are indeed celebrities thanks to their international television exposure, but they are often seen as “just a wrestler”. That limits a lot of what they can do and the offers that they can get, but every now and then someone breaks through to the other side. Now we might know who could be next up on that list.

While she might be pushed a bit too hard at times, there is no denying that Charlotte is one of the biggest stars women’s wrestling has ever seen. She has won all of the titles around and has headlined WrestleMania. That is more than all but two women have done in wrestling, putting her in some pretty elite company. Now that she is off WWE TV after a medical procedure, she is going to need something to do.

According to TalkSport, Charlotte has undergone successful elective surgery to take care of a problem caused by a previous surgery. While she is out of the ring, she will be considering other television options. It is not clear what kind of appearance this will be, as Wrestling Observer Radio has reported it to be a reality show appearance and Pro Wrestling Sheet has said it is a scripted appearance. There is no word on when Charlotte will be back in the ring, but Summerslam is completely out of the question.

Charlotte being back would be a big deal. Check out what she can do when she is healthy:

Opinion: I’m not sure what to expect from Charlotte going into acting, even in a small way. Part of the worry with her is that after she has completely dominated the women’s division for so long, there isn’t much left for her to do. She has more than ten Women’s Titles, so what difference does another one or two make? I’d love for her to stick around, but WWE might have to get creative with a way to make her want to.

Will Charlotte go Hollywood? What should she do when she comes back to WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
