I take it they’re going in a different direction. Coming into this month’s Hell In A Cell event, there were few wrestlers hotter than Bray Wyatt. With his Fiend character as a bonus, Wyatt had few people who could come close to what he was doing. It was a different kind of character and that was enough to make the fans want to see what was going on. Then he lost to Seth Rollins inside the Cell in a result that is still somewhat head scratch inducing. Things would get even more confusing in the ensuing weeks.

The end of this week’s Monday Night Raw included a new episode of the Firefly Fun House. Wyatt talked about how the Fiend never forgot what Rollins did to him, but Ramblin Rabbit said Rollins was on his way. Rollins did indeed show up and attacked Wyatt, who did not understand what was going on. With Wyatt down on the floor, Rollins said “burn it down” and set fire to the Fun House. The Fiend’s laughter ended the show. Wyatt and Rollins are scheduled to have a rematch in a Falls Count Anywhere match at Crown Jewel on October 31.

That’s a hot one. Check out how Rollins took care of Wyatt for the time being:

Opinion: The closer we get to Crown Jewel, the more worried I am about Wyatt’s future. Wyatt is the kind of character who seems like a pretty rare hit as the whole thing is just such a well done performance. However, WWE doesn’t seem to mind that he lost in the Cell and we’re just moving forward with everything else like it didn’t matter. Now the Fun House has been burned down, so either the whole thing is gone or they’re going to resurrect it somehow. Oh and don’t forget that it is apparently just a set off to the side of the arena every week and no one has bothered to show up until now. Either way, this isn’t looking good.

How do you see the title match going down? What is next for Wyatt after this? Let us know in the comments below.
